Terms and Conditions - 25/10/2024
By booking a session with Lotus you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment
All sessions must be paid in full in advance of the session.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session without charge. Sessions may not be rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
Cancellation
72 hours notice must be given to cancel a session otherwise the full session fee is payable. Where a session has been rescheduled prior to cancellation, 72 hours notice must be given before the initial date, not the rescheduled date.
Missed Sessions
If you miss a session then the entire fee is payable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances a session may be moved with less than 24 hours notice. This is entirely at the discretion of Lotus and only applies in exceptional (i.e. non-regular) circumstances.
Refunds
The (approx. 1.5%) Stripe processing fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Individual sessions are refundable up to 72 hours prior to the session. Thereafter they are non-refundable.
Packages are refundable up to 72 hours prior to the first session. Thereafter all used sessions are charged at the full, single-session fee and a 50% refund may be requested for the remaining balance.
All eligible refunds must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase.
Sessions that are rescheduled (for exceptional circumstances) within 72 hours of the original date & time are considered to be completed for the purposes of refunds.

Lotus' legal name is Matthew Cullen. He is a British citizen, currently residing in Spain
