Hypnosis Has Advanced

Consider the technological advancements of the last 100 years. Does a Tesla resemble a horse and cart? Is a 1920's hospital the same as its 21st century counterpart? Computers didn't even exist in 1924.

Yet ask the average person what hypnosis is like now and they'll paint a picture from 100 years ago...

Deep Transformation Requires Pinpoint Accuracy

The secret to unlocking your mind and escaping from negativity is to identify the exact component of your mind that created those negative thoughts and feelings.

It's not enough to say "I had a bad childhood", or "I'm just a negative person" - we need to know what (precisely) creates the issues in your unconscious mind.

After all, you probably aren't a child now, so why should you be at the mercy of your childhood experiences?

You can be free of the past and free from negative thinking when you identify the component of your mind that needs to be changed.

Hypnosis is the bridge between your conscious mind and your unconscious mind.

In fact, there is nothing particularly remarkable about state of hypnosis because you pass through it every time you fall asleep.

This probably explains why it is so often confused with a 'sleep-like' state.

However, when we use hypnosis in therapy, falling asleep is not helpful. Therefore it's essential to the process that you remain 100% conscious during the sessions.

We use hypnosis to gain access to functions and information in the unconscious mind that is usually out of reach.

In this way we can connect to the parts of the unconscious mind that need to be repaired, transformed or upgraded.

Once the problem has been identified and contact has been made with the unconscious mind, this third step is usually the most straightforward.

Transforming the functions of the unconscious mind is generally about transforming memories.

When the correct memories have been identified during step 3, we use hypnotic regression therapy to re-access and re-process them.

This results in negative emotions being removed from the memory, which in turn results in a reduction of negative emotion in your life
